PRAYER

We believe that prayer is a hugely important part of the life of any church, which means that it's a priority for us.  We meet at various times to thank God for all he is doing in our lives both individually and as a church and to pray for local, national and international issues:

Praise and Prayer Meeting

Wednesdays at 8pm at The Hockerill Christian Centre.  There is a specific focus on mission workers or projects we support across the world on the first Wednesday of each month.

Ladies Prayer Meeting

Mondays at 1.30pm at different homes.

Week of Prayer

Twice a year we devote ourselves to a week of prayer with a number of different activities happening throughout the week. Our next week of prayer runs from 13th to 18th September 2020.

CRAFT & COFFEE

Craft and Coffee happens on the second Tuesday of every month at 11am at The Hockerill Christian Centre.  You don't need to be an expert to join us. Just bring along your knitting, sewing, scrap-booking or whatever you might be working on and enjoy the company of others doing the same. If you're not into crafts, you can just come along, make friends and enjoy the coffee and chat.

MEN ON THURSDAYS

Chill out with other men for a couple of hours at The Hockerill Christian Centre. We meet on the first Thursday of every month, from 10am.  Come join us to share coffee and croissants, read newspaper and play table-tennis & pool with other men.

MEN AND WOMEN'S BREAKFASTS

At 8.30am on the first and second Saturdays of each month, our men and women meet for breakfast (men on the first Saturday and women on the second) at the Hockerill Christian Centre.  This is a time when we specifically focus on applying our faith to our everyday lives, as well as giving an opportunity to build relationships and pray together.
